I'm less sore, which is good. I seem to be reaching my limit, so I guess I'll stick to the weights I'm lifting, for now.

Try and keep increasing even if it's only a tiny bit. Literally a 1 lb increase is fine. Alternately you can drop down in weight and then begin increasing slowly to try and get through a plateau that way.
