Why no Yetis? Those are like THE best stats for cost ratio minions in the game. You might also wanna try some Aldor Peacekeepers as well, if you keep running into insane attack creatures

They'll probably go back in because they really are good, but I've been taking a break from them because they seem too much the "can't play without 'em" card and it just feels unoriginal/unimaginative. Also, the Dragonling Mechanic is more synergistic with the Knife Juggler, Cult Master, Raid Leader, and Stormwind Champion.

Typically, the insane creatures have been burst mode, so my Aldor Peacekeepers were practically useless against them. Nothing much to be done when your opponent is a priest who's saving up a PW:S/DS/IF combo. I actually did drop a Peacekeeper right after getting hit by the Lightwell but it was a little bit late at that point. And yeah, I totally should have been more concerned about the Lightwell as my opponent kept stacking its health, but I just didn't see it coming.

Yeah lightwells and the card where the minion's attack = its health are ones that always need to be shut down ASAP when playing a priest. Hell, keeping the board clear is the best thing you can do against them. As well as stacking the deck with 4 ATK minions, since 4 is the "dead zone" for priests.

It's why I like my rogue against priests. Lots of board control and not a lot of minions. And "sap" is the greatest thing to cast against a card they've buffed the crap out of. Two mana and all its costly buffs go away forever.
